Terms and Conditions for Sydney Limo Buses
1. Security Bond:
All bookings with Sydney Limo Buses incur a bond payment to secure the booking. The amount varies depending on the bus being booked. The amount will be refunded back into the nominated account at the end of the trip, provided the bus is left clean and tidy and no damages have occurred. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to reflect on your payment source, depending on the bank’s billing cycle.
2. Payment Methods:
Sydney Limo Buses offers various payment options:
- Cash payments to the driver on the day of pick-up.
- Internet banking or bank deposit must be paid 4 days before the trip.
- Payments via invoice, accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
3. Booking Fee:
Online payments or payments via invoice will incur a 3% booking fee.
4. Confirmation:
After receiving either the bond or full payment, Sydney Limo Buses will send a confirmation email with the remittance. Check all information for accuracy to prevent issues on the booking day. If details are incorrect, contact Sydney Limo Buses at 02 8776 6811 immediately for rectification.
5. Correspondence:
Email and text message communications between clients and Sydney Limo Buses representatives constitute a legally binding contract.
6. Personal Information:
Customer information provided via the online booking system is securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.
7. Booking Errors:
Sydney Limo Buses is not responsible for incorrect details entered in the online booking system. Ensure accuracy before making payment.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Security/bond payments are non-refundable for cancellations. For cancellations made 24 hours before the trip, 50% of the full payment will be charged.
9. Text Message Notification:
If you don’t receive a confirmation text message with driver details the day before booking, contact Sydney Limo Buses at 02 8776 6811 before 8pm to obtain this information.
10. Late Arrival:
Passengers must be ready 15-30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Delays may result in the driver’s inability to wait, without a refund, due to other bookings.
11. Bus Breakdown:
In case of a bus breakdown, Sydney Limo Buses will try to send a replacement within 2-4 hours. If unable, a refund for that trip will be issued. Additional costs incurred will not be covered.
12. Unforeseeable Circumstances:
Sydney Limo Buses is not liable for compensation due to delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, strikes, etc.
13. Traffic Delays:
Sydney Limo Buses is not accountable for road delays caused by accidents, road works, or peak hour traffic. Consider these factors and allow extra travel time when booking.
14. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Sydney Limo Buses, as per state laws. Non-compliance will result in removal from the bus without a refund.
15. Beverages:
Drinking is permitted on the buses, provided it’s legal and consumed responsibly. Passengers wishing to drink alcohol must be over 18 and show valid ID. Glass is prohibited for safety reasons.
16. Food:
Food or snacks are not allowed on any Sydney Limo Buses. Any brought onboard will be requested to be removed.
17. Safety:
Passengers travel at their own risk. Sydney Limo Buses takes reasonable safety measures. Seatbelts, if available, must be worn throughout the trip.
18. Damage Excess Fee:
Damage or unclean conditions may result in trip termination and bond forfeiture. Passengers causing damage will be responsible for repair costs, ranging from $300.00 to $1000.00.
19. Fighting and Vandalism:
Disruptive behavior, fighting, vandalism, or excessive intoxication can lead to eviction and police involvement. In such cases, the trip will be terminated without a refund.
20. Property:
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Sydney Limo Buses is not liable for items lost, left, or stolen on the bus. Found items will be stored at our depot; we are not responsible for any damage to these items. Contact 02 8776 6811 for collection arrangements.
21. Photos and Videos:
Photos or videos taken by drivers are for advertising purposes. Notify the driver if you do not consent. In emergencies involving law enforcement, such media may be used as evidence.
